White Tea

White teas are delicate and pure. Perfect for summer, they are incredibly refreshing and deliver mild sweet flavours. White tea is primarily grown in China with other tea producing countries, such as India, also starting to produce high-quality white teas. White tea does not obtain its name from the colour of the tea liquor it produces but from the downy silvery fur on the dried buds.
