Origin
Golden Steed Eyebrow (Jin Jun Mei) is a revered style of Fujian black tea made from tender early-season buds, traditionally produced in the Wuyi Mountain region. This “Honey” expression highlights the tea’s natural sweetness and refined aromatic lift—crafted with a light, precise approach that preserves clarity while building depth through oxidation and careful finishing.
Tasting Notes
Tasting Notes
The liquor is bright amber-red, opening with soft aromatics reminiscent of honey, dried apricot and warm floral notes. On the palate, this tea is silky and composed, with gentle sweetness and a clean structure that never feels heavy. The finish is long and settled, leaving a lingering honeyed impression that deepens across infusions.
This is a quietly luxurious black tea—expressive, elegant, and exceptionally easy to return to.
This tea is beautiful on its own, and pairs effortlessly with lightly sweet bakes or fruit-based desserts.
