A green tea produced in Australia. Fresh herbal lift with a clean mouthfeel and a bright, gently sweet finish.
Origin
Origin
Produced at Arakai Estate in Bellthorpe, Queensland, this premium green tea reflects the estate’s careful approach to growing and processing Japanese tea cultivars in an Australian climate. Harvested during the season, the leaves are handled in small batches and blended for balance balance and a clear expression of place.
Tasting Notes
Tasting Notes
The liquor is light and luminous, with aromatics reminiscent of fresh herbs and early spring greens. On the palate, the tea is clean and composed, carrying a subtle sweetness through to a bright, refreshing finish. This is a green tea that rewards attentive brewing and expresses clarity rather than weight.
Pairs well with lightly flavoured foods such as steamed vegetables, fresh fruits, and subtle sweets.
