We take great care to ensure that your item(s) will be received in perfect condition. However, despite our best efforts, we recognise that things can occasionally go wrong. If a product is faulty or you have a concern over its quality please contact us straight away at email@example.com so that we can address the problem.
We will ask for you to provide your customer invoice number and return the item(s) to us in the original packaging for us to further examine and to make improvements in our processes, where necessary. If found to be unsatisfactory, as advised, we will replace the item at no cost to the customer or if this is not possible a refund will be provided.
We may, at our discretion, refund or exchange if you change your mind. However, the original items must be returned unopened with the original packaging intact (saleable condition). Please contact us immediately if you’ve changed your mind about something.
We will assume all shipping costs for the return of products that are faulty or damaged in transit. In all other cases the customer will pay the return postage fees.
