A green-style Taiwanese oolong. Lifted floral aroma, a smooth silky palate, and a sweet, buttery finish.
Origin
Origin
This Jade Oolong comes from Chiayi County, Taiwan, produced from the renowned Qing Xin (Ching Sin) oolong cultivar. Harvested in Winter, the tea is made from larger seasonal leaves that bring a fuller, softer expression to the cup. Crafted at Wang Ding Tea Garden and sourced by Cuppa Cha, this is a refined example of lightly oxidised Taiwanese oolong with careful finishing and clarity.
Tasting Notes
Tasting Notes
The liquor is pale gold, opening with fresh floral aromatics and a gentle sweetness. On the palate, Jade Oolong feels silky and rounded, with a buttery softness that becomes more pronounced as the tea unfolds through infusions. Light oxidation keeps the profile clean and luminous, while the winter-picked leaf contributes calm depth and a lingering sweetness.
This tea shines on its own, or alongside lightly sweet pastries and delicate desserts where its floral-buttery softness can carry through.
