A naturally scented green tea. from Jasmine flowers, from China. A soft jasmine perfume, a creamy-silky palate, and a sweet, settled finish.
Origin
Origin
This Jasmine Dragon Pearl begins as a spring-harvest green tea from Fozi Mountain, Zhenghe, Fujian, then is scented with jasmine flowers from Guangxi, China. Hand-rolled into pearls, the tea is designed to unfurl slowly in the pot, releasing fragrance and flavour in a calm, measured way.
Tasting Notes
Tasting Notes
The liquor is pale gold with a lifted jasmine aroma that feels fresh and refined rather than overpowering. On the palate, the tea is smooth and softly creamy, balancing gentle sweetness with clean green tea structure. As the pearls open, the floral character broadens and the finish becomes increasingly sweet and comforting.
