A charcoal roasted rock oolong from China. Lifted orchid aroma, a velvety palate, and a long, sweet finish.
Origin
Origin
This Qi Lan is a Wuyi rock oolong from Da Shui Keng Village in Fujian province. Grown at 400–500 m in the naturally protected Wuyi Shan mountains, the tea is shaped by high humidity, rainfall, and frequent fog. The tea bushes are around 80 years old, contributing depth and structure to the final cup.
Tasting Notes
Tasting Notes
Rich and velvety with a distinctly sweet, thick infusion, this Qi Lan opens with a floral bouquet reminiscent of orchids. The palate carries notes of cinnamon and almond, followed by an aftertaste that recalls brown sugar and honeysuckle. Classic Wuyi mineral character adds structure, keeping the sweetness balanced and composed across infusions.
