Our Beidou (or Bei Dou Yi Hao) is incredibly smooth and mellow with a thick tea body. The taste is sweet with fruit and floral notes pitched against a spicy body. A refreshing and uplifting tea.
The rock rhythm experienced drinking this tea is distinguishable and demonstrates the Chen family’s craftmanship to rock oolong production.
This is the first time we have introduced Beidou, literally translated to North Star, to our tea catalogue. I have been getting to know this tea over the past couple of years and have fallen in love with it. I chose this tea over the popular and always tasty blended Da Hong Pao this year due to Beidou’s superb drinking experience.
