This is a beautiful, naturally grown and processed sun-dried white tea with a deep golden yellow liquor. Vegetal notes reminiscent of toasted green beans and hints of peach.
Plucked from wild grown tea bushes that are approximately 50-60 years old.

Processing: The tea leaves are dried for 7-10 days on the beaches of Onomichi. Grown without pesticides and fertilisers.
