I am excited to introduce this beautiful blended sencha into my tea catalogue. I often focus on teas produced from a single cultivar. But this Japanese Tea AWARD 2023 Platinum Award Winner showcases the traditional blending craft and mastery Japan brings to its tea making and is such a beautiful representation of what a delightful and approachable sencha can be like.

This deep steamed, masterfully blended sencha is full and rounded in the mouth. Rich in umami, yet approachable with its delicate floral nose and long-lasting sweetness and flavour of hazelnuts.
