Produced only in China, yellow tea is rare with only limited quantities being produced for export. Yellow tea has a long history in China with written records dating back to the Tang dynasty (618-907). Characterised by fresh and delicate flavours, that does not contain the vegetal and grassy notes of green tea. Often referred to as the coffee of teas.
