Our winter picked Jade Oolong is highly aromatic, with green-floral notes and a smooth buttery finish. It’s delicate, smooth and sweet on the palate and a delight to drink at any time of the day.
Origin: Chaiyi County, Taiwan
Flavour profile: Sweet | Floral | Buttery
Processing highlights: Our Jade Oolong is lightly oxidised and subjected to a light \bake to finish the tea. Processing Jade Oolong is time-consuming with many distinct steps. It involves plucking, sun drying, fluffing, fixing and rolling in canvas to form the semi-ball shape (repeated many times). Being a winter picked tea my leaves are large.
