These little discs are pressed aged white Shou Mei tea cakes that make the perfect pot of tea weighing 5g each. Derived from 2012 tea leaf material from the Fuding tea gardens of our Chinese tea partner Cindy Chen and pressed in 2017.
Aged white tea is easy to drink and enjoyable at any time of day. And these tea coins will get better with age!

Designed for brewing in a big pot. A great way to approach our tea coins is to drop one in a 300ml, flash rinse with hot water and commence the first infusion with 100˚C 300ml water and a 3 minute infusion. You will be able to enjoy multiple brews from here that can be adjusted for your taste.
