Create a tea experience you would be proud of and want to attend yourself. This has been at the heart of all of the events I have produced for my customers encouraging both learning and a new way to appreciate pure leaf tea.
For the past 18 months we have spent time collaborating with our good friend Tanya who runs an incredible food business called Indie Treats. Famed for their Brekkie Bars as well as other tasty morsels (that you can buy online...hint! hint!) you can also catch her in the Wandering Cooks kitchens serving out wholesome and wonderful food during the week.
We have put in place a wonderful process where we explore the pure leaf teas and develop custom menus with bites that will perfectly accompany each tea. We look to accentuate different aspects in the tea and food and demonstrate how harmoniously they can play together in a modern setting.
We do this together in the wonderful venue that is Wandering Cooks. This space is inspiring and magical for an infinite number of reasons and I feel so fortunate to be surrounded by so many incredible people! I am eternally grateful that Raoul (Tanya's husband) generously captured our most recent event and edited this beautiful package for me. I feel like I just needed it to share it with you as it makes my heart sing...thank you.
